EU Shipping

• Delivery: Shipped via Royal Mail EU Tracked & Signed. Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days to most European destinations.

General Conditions

• All returns of brand new purchase must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

• Device returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. If you buy a brand new device and you activate it, you can’t send it back as now it’s used.

• Used items must be requested to be sent back within 14 days of purchase.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn/unused, with all labels and packaging intact.

• We offer free UK returns via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

• Returns usually take 1–5 working days to reach us.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive your item.

International Returns

• For orders outside the UK, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• If the item is faulty or an error was made on our part, we will cover the return cost once the goods are received back.
