YourPDS sells physical products, including:

  • Pokémon devices.
  • Jewelry.
  • Collectibles.
  • Accessories.

We do not offer device repair services.

  • Products are subject to availability; we may refuse transactions at our discretion.
  • Phone and device warranty: 90 days from purchase.
  • Other products: Warranty as stated on the warranty card, which serves as proof of purchase.

 

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use the website in a way that damages, disrupts, or impairs it.
  • Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  • Abuse staff, customers, accounts, or website functionality.

  • When selling a device to us, payment is made by bank transfer after inspection and condition verification.

 

6. Selling Your Device

  • Devices are tested and inspected on arrival.
  • If the condition differs from your description, we provide a revised offer.
  • If you decline, the device is returned to you at our cost.
  • Data security: You must wipe personal data before sending; we are not responsible for data on sold devices.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Devices and products may be returned within two business days if unwanted.
  • Approved returns are refunded as store credit/vouchers.
  • Faulty items are handled in accordance with your statutory rights.

Note: UK law provides certain protections for faulty goods that cannot be waived.

 

8. Shipping & Delivery

We now offer shipping for eligible products:

  • Shipping costs, delivery times, and available carriers are displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided, but may vary due to carrier or customs delays.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the item is dispatched, unless shipping is covered by YourPDS.


Shipping terms may be updated from time to time; updates take effect upon publication on our website.
