Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, meaning you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received.
  • With all tags attached.
  • In original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Used, worn, or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty.

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, contact us at support@yourpds.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • Whether you are requesting a return or an exchange.
  • The item you wish to exchange for (if applicable).

 

Approved returns must be sent to:

  • 49 Norfolk Square, Brighton and Hove, Brighton, BN1 2PA
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • If approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.


Exchanges (Same Value Only)

  • Exchanges are available only for eligible returned items.
  • Exchange items must be of equal value to the original purchase.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

 

We do not offer exchanges for higher-priced items or partial refunds for lower-priced items.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@yourpds.com so we can resolve the issue.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or worn items.
  • Sale items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Custom or personalised items.

 

European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

  • If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer law.


Returned items must still be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • With all tags and original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

 

Used items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.


If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing takes up to 10 business days
  • Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund
