Selling Process
- Check your device model and storage: (Settings then go to about) and select the device you are selling.
- Fill in the customer details section: To process your order. Make sure these are correct as we will be using these to contact you and give you your final quote once your device is tested.
- Packaging & posting your device: We send you a package with a prepaid return box that is super easy to put together, then simply rip the seal off and tap together. Drop off your parcel to any post office.
- Receiving your device: Once we receive your device, we will correspond it to the appropriate details and let you know that your device has arrived safely! (any issues upon arrival will be communicated immediately.
- Device Testing: Your device will be fully tested within 1 working day of its arrival. This is done to ensure that the device is working as it should be (unless stated otherwise), any issues found in this process will determine the grading and therefore influence the price offered.
- Grading: The grade of your device consists of its functionality and condition. This, alongside the model, will determine the price we offer. Please refer to the grading guide for further information on this process.
- Quote:
After testing your device, if it matches the grade you submitted, we will process a bank transfer for the agreed price within 1 working day of approval.
If the device does not match the submitted grade, we will contact you with a revised grade and updated quote. You can then decide whether to proceed with the updated offer or have your device returned to you.
In the unlikely event that we cannot purchase the device, it will be returned to the address provided at no additional cost to you. Your parcel will be sent via 1 PM Next Day Special Delivery (estimated shipping time of 1-2 working days) and must be signed for upon arrival.
Grading Guide
The products we buy and sell are graded according to their cosmetic condition, battery health and functionality.
A • Mint: These products must be in mint/new condition. The product must be immaculate; with up to 5 1mm marks (can be hairline scratches or hairline marks on the housing). Battery health: 83% or higher and the device must have all original parts.
B • Good: Product in good condition can have a lot of small scratches, up to 5x 2mm or smaller dents on the housing & up to 3x 1mm deep scratches on the screen. Battery health: 83% or higher and the device must have all original parts.
C • Working: Product in poor condition, deep scratches, more then 3x 1mm dents on the housing but the devices is all fully working. Battery health: 83% or higher and the device must have all original parts.
F • Faulty / Broken: Product must power on, show some signs of life. The device must at least vibrate, make sound when you plug it in to charge or can see some colour on the screen. Battery health: can be any %. UP TO PRICE: you will get paid up to this price when it's only the camera lens or battery damaged, if something else is broken the price will be less then the up to price shown.
F • Faulty / Broken Examples: Cracked (screen, body, bezel etc.), battery dying fast, battery health below 83%, Face ID not working, water damage, broken/bleeding LCD (screen), speaker/mic faults, broken cameras or non genuine parts changed by 3rd party person etc.
Please note all Apple devices must have the iCloud account deactivated. All Android devices on Android v5.1 or higher must have their Google Accounts removed due to Factory Reset Protection (FRP).
