Warranty

This warranty covers any faults regarding the manufacturing process and excludes any instances of physical or liquid damage.
If you believe the item you have purchased is faulty please contact us or follow our return and exchange procedure.

Under £50 = £5 postage cost
(RM 1st Class Signed For)
- Please allow for an estimated delivery time of 2-5 working days.
- Your parcel must be signed upon arrival.

(RM SD 1pm Next Day Delivery)
- This will have an estimated delivery time of 1 working day (on the condition that the order is placed before 1pm, after this time it will be sent the following working day).

Returns / Exchanges
If the customer is not satisfied with the product they have purchased they have a period of 30 days to return the item.
Upon arrival the item must be in the same condition with its original packaging.
The customer will be responsible for paying for postage.
Within the first 30 days of the item's arrival the customer will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
After the initial 30 day period unto 1 year the faulty item will be exchanged for a replacement.
When returning a faulty item, the customer will be responsible for paying for postage. If the item is proven to be faulty when it is returned to us we will refund the customers postage fee within 3-5 days.
Refunds will be returned to the same card used at the time of purchase.

If the value of the item being returned is under £50, we recommend sending it back using ‘1st Class Signed For’.
If the value of the item being returned is over £50, we recommend sending it as 1pm Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Using this delivery method will allow us to process your refund as fast as possible.
