These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using YourPDS. By accessing this website, we assume you fully accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.
 
1. Introduction:
YourPDS provides a service for buying, selling, fixing devices and selling accessories – allowing users to access relevant information online and book repair services online. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the website.
 
2. Use of the Website:
Users must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website. Users must not use this website in any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful way.
 
3. Services:
YourPDS provides repair, buying and selling services for various types of tech devices. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse any service requested.
 
4. Payments:
4.1. Payment for repair services on website are made before the repair, however in store the payment for repairs must be made after the repair has finished. We accept various forms of payment, including bank cards, PayPal, Klarna, ClearPay and cash.
4.2. Payment for devices you sell us; payment will be made once we have tested your device and the price has been agreed.
 
5. Refunds:
Refunds will be provided only if we cannot repair your device or if the device cannot be repaired to your satisfaction, devices faulty or accessories faulty.
 
6. Warranties:
All repairs come with a 90 day warranty. If the same issue occurs in this warranty period, we will try to re-fix it with the repaired part, and if it happens again, we’ll try a further repair. After 2 failed tries, we’ll refund you. Liquid damage and physical damage is NOT covered by our warranty.
 
7. Liability:
YourPDS is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss caused by the use of our services. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by any act or omission of the customer or for any loss or damage caused by events outside of our control.
 
7.1. Data On Customers Devices:
We strongly recommend you back up all data before you send us your device or before you come into our shop, your data is very important. We hold no liability to your data on your device at YourPDS.
 
8. Privacy Policy:
YourPDS respects the privacy of its users. Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal information provided by our users.
 
9. Copyright:
The content on this website is protected by copyright and other laws. Users may not copy or use any of the content on this website without our prior written consent.
