Refund & Returns Policy

Please read our return and exchange policy below:
 
1. Returns: If you are unsatisfied with the purchase of your device, you may return the device within 7 days of the original purchase date for a refund. The item must be in its original condition and provide proof of purchase.
 
1.1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless in warranty and a fault has been made of us, we will cover the shipping costs that you have accumulated.
 
1.2. If the device was a brand new device and it’s been activated, then it’s not in the same condition we sold it in, which we’d then offer you a buyback price which will be less than the original value you paid.
 
2. Exchanges: If you receive a faulty or damaged device, you may exchange it for a new one within 90 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in its original condition and provide proof of purchase. If you have had the device posted to you will cover the cost of shipping from you to us after we have seen that the device is faulty due to our fault, and the replacement item to you will cover the shipping costs.
 
3. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on items damaged due to misuse, negligence, liquid damage or unauthorised modification.
 
3.1. To initiate a return, exchange, or repair, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team through our website or email. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
 
4. Accessories: If the accessories are faulty due to manufacturing errors, then we will replace the items or refund you your choice within 1 year of purchasing this item.
