Our Warranty

1. Returns

If you are unsatisfied with the purchase of your device, you may return the device within 7 days  for all online order or within 2 days for all instore purchase for a refund. The item must be in its original condition, and proof of purchase must be provided.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless it is a warranty job and a fault has been made by us.

We offer a 90-day warranty on devices we sell, including batteries.

2.1: Please note that we do not offer returns, exchanges, or repairs for devices damaged due to misuse, negligence, liquid damage, or unauthorized modification.

We appreciate you choosing our website to purchase your devices. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or may require repair, and we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

Please read our return and exchange policy below:

1. Returns:

• If you are unsatisfied with the purchase of your device, you may return the device within 7 days  for all online order or within 2 days for all instore purchase's for a refund. The item must be in its original condition, and proof of purchase must be provided.

1.1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the device is under warranty, and the fault is ours. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs you have incurred.

1.2. If the device was brand new but has been activated, it will no longer be considered in the same condition as sold. In this case, we will offer a buyback price, which will be less than the original value you paid.

2. Exchanges:

• If you receive a faulty or damaged device, you may exchange it for a new one within 90 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in its original condition, and proof of purchase must be provided.

• If the device was posted to you, you will need to cover the cost of shipping the device back to us. Once we verify that the fault is ours, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item to be sent to you.

3. Limitations:

    • Phones are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.

    • All other products are covered in line with the warranty card issued at the time of purchase, which serves as proof of purchase and warranty.

  • If the device is not as described, we will contact you with a revised offer.
