How we assess your device’s condition:

Brand New – Unactivated
- Box may be opened for quality checks only.
- Device must not be activated (via Wi-Fi or SIM).
- Must be fully covered by Apple’s manufacturer warranty.
A Grade – Mint
- Near-perfect condition with a maximum of 2–3 tiny marks.
- Fully functional.
- Battery health 83% or higher.
B Grade – Good
- Light signs of use (small scratches/marks).
- Fully functional.
- Battery health 83% or higher.
C Grade – Fair
- Noticeable scratches, scuffs, or small dents.
- Fully functional.
- Battery health 83% or higher.
F Grade – Faulty / Not Working
- Includes faults such as battery health below 83% and/or faulty camera lens.
- If additional faults are identified, the quoted price will be reduced.

If your device’s condition differs from the selection, the price may change after inspection.

Before you start: After you submit the form, we’ll dispatch your prepaid device box with next-day delivery. You’ll use this box to safely pack and send your device.

1) Prep your device

Backup your device fully.
Sign out of iCloud: Settings → Apple Account → Scroll to bottom → Sign Out.
Power device off and remove SIM card.

2) Secure the device in the box

Open the device box fully.
Place the device in the bottom square and inside the security panels.

3) Seal the box

Close the security panels and roll up the protected device.
Remove the white strip to seal the box.
Ensure the shipping label is stuck on the opposite side.

4) Post the device

Head to your nearest Parcelshop or Post Office (Royal Mail).
Drop off your prepaid device box - that’s it!

What happens next?

The day after you ship, we receive and test your device, confirm the grade, and issue payment the same day.
Payment is typically sent by bank transfer within 48 hours of confirmation.
